I've invited a young lady, who I know from another forum, to come to the meeting Monday. She is also new to MD'ing, as I am, and is looking at the club with an eye toward joining, also as I am. I believe she has already applied to join in on the forum. So lets give her a warm welcome and make her feel at home.  Thanks

I will try my best to make her feel welcome and comfortable with the club.  Alan she will need to send me an email about joining the forums. I had to clse the open registration because of all the Russian spammers trying to gain access to the club email list. Coinhunter@charter.net

She told me she had sent an email, but I bet she used the email address given on the top of the forums page - SMARTSClub@Charter.net - this email address doesn't work...I know. I tried it a few times myself before digging around on the website where I found the one that worked. I don't know her email address so Monday  at the meeting would probably be best.

I found the problem and I think it is corrected. Charter wasn't sending me the emails. They apparently thought someone had hacked my system and setup bogus email addresses for spamming. I found yours and her emails mixed in with 156 other emails. I have already set her an account up and mailed her a user name and password. Thanks for posting about the email address not working. I just thought no one had asked to join.
