I'm sorry, Mark. I should have said, only one ''week'' left. I thought everyone was following the thread. My bad.

Oh, and Mark, I will e-mail you my address so you can send them directly to me. I know how many tabs you ''normally dig''....... so please, no C.O.D. :-))))  I couldn't afford that kind of bill.

Ok today being the last day of the Pull Tab Jamboree I made one last trip out to the Old Ballfield I've hunted a few times in the past.  As expected found several old pull tabs which I was confident I would find.  I did unearth a few surprises though and thought I would share.  You will see in the pic the pull tabs I found then a toasted 1917 Wheat, 1919 Buffalo in the same hole and a 1940 Mercury Dime.  Nice little 2 hour hunt for me.  Thanks Scruch for putting this contest on.  Now I can go back to cussing pull tabs when I dig them.  I'll post upclose pics of the coins in the Look What I Found section.

You're welcome Mike.... just remember, if you hadn't gone looking for more tab's, there wouldn't be wheat's and merc's. WTG..... once again you've done well!

Don't know how I have missed that Merc.  Had been over that area every time I've hunted there.  Just goes to show you it is hard to hunt a place completely out.

Well, now it's time. Bring your tabs to the meeting, I'll take them and wash them, and who has the most weight..... wins! $25 bucks for just not throwing away ''those rascally tabs''!!!!

WOW and I thought I had a bunch.  That tiny zip lock bag grew in a hurry.  The Chicago parks will be much cleaner with Mr V around.   Grin
