wife and I finally got out for a while today, not much to show for it, one wheat and a pouch full of scrap iron. Was good anyway

It's ''alway's good'' to get outside and hunt, isn't it? Dave and I got out for a while today, and though I didn't get any of the ''good stuff'', I did get $2.81 in clad. More gas money to go hunt somewhere else....... WooHoo!!!

Glad you got to get out and hunt. I have not been hunting as much as I would like to either. That wheat makes it a very successful hunt. Congrats on your finds.

Larry, any day hunting is a good day even when you don't find anything exciting.  Wheaties are getting harder and harder to find so finding even one makes the day worthwhile.  You never know when that big one might come along.  Keep hunting.  Thanks for the kind words about my display.
