Hello Members,
Thought I would introduce myself. I am Ray Montalvo out of Sevierville. I have lived in the area for the past 6 1/2 years. I am originally from the North (Connecticut). I work in Knoxville at an area Hospital as a Security Officer. In Connecticut I was in Law Enforcement. About three months ago I closed down the Knoxville location of my Dojo, Aiki Budokai Martial Arts Center and reopened a modest little Dojo on my property for select students. I have been treasure hunting in one way or another for pretty much my whole adult life. I do it all when time permits. I like to search old houses, metal detect everywhere for anything, meaning I dig it all! I am a collector, so I collect everything from guns, Swords, Knives mainly Case, Civil War relics, U.S.coins you name it. I do a lot of trading with my friends when I have something to trade. I use a Garrett GTI 1500 and a Garrett Pro pointer. I am always eager to learn from those around me. I want to thank the creators of this site for having me and look forward to meeting the club members. Thanks and Happy hunting

Ray,
Welcome to the forums. I am Coinhunter and I hope you enjoy our forums and that you find it interesting and helpful. The local club is SMARTS and we meet the second Monday of each month at the Great American Steak and Buffet on Merchants drive. We start getting there around 5:30 - 6 and the actual meeting begins at 7. I live just down the road from you in Seymour as do several other club members. Please come and visit the club meeting and join our club. We are a varied lot of folks who just enjoy hunting no matter what it is.
