The main reason behind that rule is the fact that the members from our club are the ones who don't log in. There is only a couple of forum members from out of state that have not logged in recently. They haven't post anything either since they joined so they will be off the forum soon. I want people too want to join our forum and want too post their finds and contribute to its growth. If our own club members refuse to at the minimum log in and and say hello to every one once in awhile then why did they join.
I think the forum rule about having your account removed after X amount of days of inactivity should apply only to nonclub members. All club members who have paid thier dues should not have to log in X amount of times to keep their accounts. On the other hand Joe Internet Surfer should either be active or deleted.
Also, some parts of the forum should only be viewable by club members such as classifieds, contest, and any future section that deals with hunting spots/research so as to put more emphasis to actually join the club and not just lurk the forum from time to time.
Just my opinion/suggestions.
Thanks
